Nancy S. Hayes
Nancy S. Hayes, 82, of 304 E. Elmwood Ave., Falconer, formerly of 3595 Lake St., Jamestown, passed away Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, in her home.
The widow of John W. Hayes, she had been Director of Nursing at the former Manor Oak Nursing facility for 20 years and retired from the Chautauqua County Dept. of Social Services as CASA Unit Caseworker.
Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
