Kimberly Ann Buffone

Kimberly Ann Buffone, 52, of 110 West Third St., died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, in UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa., from acute renal failure.

She was born June 28, 1966, in Jamestown the daughter of Robert J. and Sally A. Sprigg Buffone.

She was a graduate of Jamestown High School and attended Jamestown Business College. For 18 years she was a nanny to triplets in Boston, Mass., and considered them her second family. Then coming back to Jamestown, she worked at a number of area banks and most recently at CASAC.

She was a member of A.A. and a member of St. James Parish.

Kimberly is survived by her mother and father, Robert J. and Sally A. Buffone; a brother, John J. (Kim) Buffone; a sister, Debra M. (Don) Liden; a niece, Chelsea (Brad Woodward) Jackson; a nephew, Zachary Liden; her aunt and uncle, Sandy and Frank Leone and aunt and uncle, Lynda and Bill Sprigg; and by her cousins: David and Autumn Mazzone, Bill and Tina Sprigg and Mike and Denise Sprigg.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Carrie Sprigg; and her paternal grandparents Joseph and Lucy Buffone.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept, 14, 2018, in St. James Parish. Father William Wangler will be celebrant.

Family will receive friends from 9:30-10 a.m., at St. James Parish just prior to the Mass. As per Kimberly’s request there will be no formal visitation. Inurnment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
