Adam Theodore Zebrowski
Adam Theodore Zebrowski, 44, of Jamestown, passed away Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, Erie Pa. Adam was born Feb. 25, 1974, in Bridgeport Ct. to Tadeusz and Zezislawa Zebrowski.
He is survived by his son, Brandon Theodore Zebrowski; mother, Zezislawa Zebrowski; and brother Mariusz (Robyn) Stanczyk.
Adam was preceded in death by his father, Tadeusz Zebrowski.
The family will receive friends at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services on Tuesday, Sept. 18, from 9-11 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Peter and Paul RC Church.
