A Westfield man, who is being held on $1 million bail after allegedly trying to murder a woman in March in the village, is facing an additional charge. On Monday, an investigation was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. It was found that Jahmaul W. During a recent Falconer Village Board meeting, Paul Capitano, Falconer code enforcement officer, told board members that a remodel permit for the restaurant, which is to be located in the former M&T Bank branch at 20 W.
