JAMESTOWN POLICE - Chelsea Durnell, 30, of Jamestown was charged at 5:13 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and overdriving, torturing, injuring an animal after officers responded to a west side home for a reported domestic incident. Durnell allegedly broke property belonging to another person who was also at the scene. Durnell was taken into custody without incident, according to police. Campbell, 39, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and petit larceny after officers responded to an east side address for a reported domestic incident at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, Campbell had left the scene by the time officers arrived. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT -- NORTH HARMONY -- At around 8:21 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 474. The operator was identified as Christina W. Hagberg, 42, of Frewsburg. Further investigation found Hagberg to be driving while intoxicated. Hagberg was arrested and charged with DWI, DWI per se, and inadequate or no stop lamps. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Demian J. Seger, 47, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, public lewdness and second-degree harassment after city police officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday for a reported disorderly patient. UPMC staff members told police that Seger allegedly became irate during his discharge process, damaged a hospital bed, exposed himself to staff and then allegedly threatened staff. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – HANOVER – Christine L. Gard, 44, of Silver Creek, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. It is alleged that around 10 a.m. Gard was involved in an altercation on Angell Road, where she hit another person in the face. She was taken to the county jail for arraignment and will answer to the charge in Hanover Town Court at a later date.

Hunt, 33, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, after police officers responded to a west side home at 12:15 a.m. Sunday for a reported suspicious situation. Upon arrival officers learned the incident was a domestic dispute in which Hunt had allegedly violated a duly served full stay away order of protection, protecting a victim from him.
