JAMESTOWN POLICE - Tyler P. Brown, 33, and Jordan T. Austin, 34, were each charged with second-degree criminal trespass at 7:11 p.m. July 21 after officers responded to a north side address for a reported trespassing. Officers confirmed that the residence was condemned by the Jamestown Development Department and allegedly found Brown and Austin inside. According to a police report, Westfield police officers received a tip Tuesday that a Level 2 registered sex offender was living in the Thruway Motel in Westfield without properly updating his address with local law enforcement or the state Sex Offender Registry.
