JAMESTOWN POLICE - Joseph A. Snyder, 40, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to the Dollar General on Winsor Street for a reported shoplifting complaint. After speaking to staff, officers searched the area and found Snyder a few blocks from the store. Snyder allegedly stole $34.45 worth of merchandise from the store. Brown, 35, of Jamestown was charged with DWAI drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:52 a.m. April 18 after officers responded to the city’s west side for a report of a woman unresponsive behind the wheel of a vehicle. Brown had allegedly been driving under the influence of narcotics. Officers allegedly found narcotics in the vehicle. Brown was taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned. - Richard L. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Patricia Pearson, 49, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a vehicle she was riding in was pulled over at 6:53 p.m. Saturday on Forest and Hazeltine avenues. Pearson was allegedly found with 5.4 grams of methamphetamine and 1.1 grams of cocaine. She was charged and processed at the city jail before being released with an appearance ticket. - Jose E. Wright, 23, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespass at 7:40 a.m. Friday after officers responded to a west side address for a reported trespass complaint. Wright allegedly entered a home through a first-floor window and fell asleep on the victim’s couch. Wright was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

Santiago allegedly threw a cell phone at a window, breaking the window, during the incident. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – MAYVILLE – Larry Passinger, 57, and Alexis Passinger, 25, have both been charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. It is alleged that on April 8, both Larry and Alexis were involved in an altercation at a place of business on West Lake Road. Larry was found to have verbally threatened the safety of an employee multiple times before leaving the establishment, along with Alexis later calling and threatening the same employee multiple times as well.
