JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Devyn I. Logan, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree unlawful imprisonment at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a south side address for a reported physical domestic incident. Upon arrival officers made contact with Logan, who was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with another person in front of a child. Logan was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Elizabeth T. Abram, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a reported physical domestic incident. Officers made contact with Abram, who allegedly was involved in a physical altercation with another person in front of a child. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
– Anthony M. Camarata, 41, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal trespass at 6:12 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a Prospect Street address for a reported trespassing in progress. Camarata was allegedly found inside a condemned building. He was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned after previous failures to appear in court, according to a police report.
– Jennifer M. Pelc, 40, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child Tuesday. It is alleged that around 7:30 a.m. she was observed riding as a passenger in a local cab company vehicle with her 18 month old child on her lap with no safety seat or restraints. Police further allege she had been observed on multiple dates transporting her child in this same manner, oftentimes placing the child in between her legs in the footwell area of a small sedan. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail without incident and is held pending arraignment.
