- VILLENOVA - Julie A. Delcamp, 46, of Fredonia was charged with driving while ability impaired with drugs Friday around 3:30 p.m. It is alleged that Delcamp was found unconscious in a vehicle on School Street.
- ELLERY - Patrick Kent, 42, of Ellery was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, DWI - Leandra's Law, insufficient tail lights, and unregistered motor vehicle Saturday at 8:30 p.m. after Kent was allegedly operating a golf cart in an intoxicated state on a public road.
- PORTLAND - Justin G. Schreier, 30, of Portland was charged Sunday around 10:35 p.m. with second-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, and being a fugitive from justice. He was taken into custody after allegedly violating an Order of Protection. It is further alleged he had an outstanding warrant from another state.
