JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Sarah J. Nickerson, 43, of Jamestown and Ryan D. Edwards, 41, of Jamestown, were both charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia after Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office drug investigators executed a search warrant at 12:20 p.m. July 14 at 102 McKinley Ave., upper apartment. According to a police report, Nickerson and Edwards were found in the apartment, with officers allegedly finding 34 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, packaging materials and a small amount of cash. Nickerson and Edwards were taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned.
– Georgeanna Ribbing, 49, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after officers responded to a south side residence at 5 a.m. Thursday for a reported harassment. Ribbing allegedly menaced her neighbor with a knife. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
ELLICOTT POLICE
– Sara J. Paul, 50, of Falconer was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a harassment complaint where it is alleged Paul allegedly repeatedly committed acts which alarmed and seriously annoyed the victim while a valid Stay Away Order of Protection was in place. Paul will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Robert H. Paul, 32, of Falconer was charged with second-degree harassment at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a reported harassment where it’s alleged Paul verbally threatened physical harm to the victim. Paul will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Scott E. Moore, 50, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 4:50 p.m. July 9 after officers responded to past tense shoplifting at Target. Moore allegedly entered Target, concealed items and walked out of Target passing all points of sale with the items. Moore will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Angel M. Batista Perez, 36, of Ellicott was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest on at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a past-tense domestic dispute. It is alleged Batista Perez intentionally damaged property belonging to another person and refused to cooperate with officers, resisting arrest. Batista Perez was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
