JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Luis D. Lugo, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 2:12 a.m. Wednesday to the west side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. It was found that Lugo was inside a residence with another person holding them against their will by using threats and intimidation. Lugo was eventually taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was held for arraignment in court.
