LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Genavieve C. Figueroa, 21, of Fredonia, was charged with petit larceny. Figueroa was reportedly observed under ringing items at the Lakewood Walmart on Wednesday. Figueroa then past all points of sale before being stopped by asset protection. Figueroa was released with tickets to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ MAYVILLE — Scott E. Dellahoy, 35, of Cherry Creek, was charged with two counts of forcible touching, false imprisonment and third-degree sexual abuse. The Sheriff’s Office began an investigation regarding a sex crime that occurred July 4 in the village of Mayville. After concluding the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Dellahoy, who turned himself in on the charges. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
