¯ RIPLEY — David J. Gibbens, 40, of North East, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone in excess of 55 mph. Deputies stopped a vehicle Feb. 21 at 11:42 p.m. in the town of Ripley. An investigation found that Gibbens was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He is scheduled to appear in Ripley Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Tina L. Hammond, 40, of East Otto was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Deputies responded Wednesday at 12:35 p.m. to an address on Central Avenue in the village of Silver Creek for a report of an altercation. An investigation found that Hammond allegedly damaged property of another individual intentionally and subjected someone to unwanted physical contact. Hammond is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
