LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jonathan Dejesus, 24, of Jamestown was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed in zone and unlicensed operator. Officers observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed Friday at 9:02 p.m. An investigation found Dejesus was allegedly under the influence of drugs, in possession of marijuana and had a suspend license. He is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kimberly M. Smith, 41, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and no tail lamps. Smith was stopped Tuesday morning, and an investigation found she was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ A 17-year-old male was charged with petit larceny. The male was taken into custody May 23 after allegedly taking property that did not belong to him. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Michelle M. Hawkins, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment and four counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded Monday to a possible assault victim at an Ellicott residence. Hawkins will appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brian J. Hilton, 50, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing. Officers on Sunday at 5:05 p.m. responded to Tim Hortons on South Main Street for a report of a person with a weapon. Hilton was reportedly disorderly outside the building in the parking area. When confronted by patrons, Hilton allegedly pulled a knife and threatened to stab them. He fled the area but was located a short distance later and taken into custody. Hilton was transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Holly E. Conklin, 59, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to signal. Officers stopped a vehicle Sunday at 4:28 p.m. for traffic violations. An investigation found that Conklin was allegedly impaired by drugs. She was being held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Bracken D.M. Warren, 20, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, no headlights, failure to stop at a stop sign and unlicensed operator. Officers stop a vehicle Sunday for driving with no headlights. The vehicle was found to have been reported stolen in Olean. Warren was taken into custody and held for arraignment.

¯ Michael W. Battko, 38, of Sugar Grove, Pa., Travis C. McMillen, 37, of Sugar Grove, Pa., and Thomas B. Havican, 34, of Sheffield, Pa., were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Battko was additionally charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to signal. Officers observed a vehicle make traffic violations Sunday at 8:25 p.m. Battko was found to be driving without a valid license. A search of the vehicle allegedly turned up marijuana and a hydocodone pill. All three were taken to Jamestown City Jail for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ ELLERY — Dylan M. Little, 25, of Sinclairville was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC .08% or greater and unregistered motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle Monday at 2:10 a.m. on Bemus Ellery Road in the town of Ellery. Little was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was released with tickets to appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.

¯ HANOVER — Antonio Montanez, 21, of Buffalo was charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC .08% or greater and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle Monday at 11:25 p.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign. Montanez was found to be intoxicated following an investigation. He was processed and released to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
