¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Scott L. Lindsay, 32, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment. Deputies responded on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. to Route 430 in Chautauqua for a reported altercation. It was reported that Lindsay allegedly shoved another person in the face. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

¯ HANOVER — Daryn C. Emke, 31, and Alexandria R. Emke, 29, both of Irving, were both charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Deputies and the New York State Police were called to Beebe Road. After to speaking to Daryn and Alexandria Emke, it was found both were involved in mutual harassment while both had orders of protection against the other. Daryn and Alexandria Emke are both scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
