The land where a proposed solar project is to be located in the town of Busti has been sold.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Dec. 1-10.

During that time period, STB Beverages, Inc. of Bemus Point sold 4542 Baker St., Busti to ESG Energy Holdings, LLC of Clearwater, Fla. for $625,000.

That address is the site of a proposed 10 megawatt solar project, which is expected to cost $17.6 million to complete. Last summer the county Industrial Development Agency approved a Payment In Lieu Of Taxes agreement for the project. The property sits adjacent to Cummins Engine.

In a separate sale, Tah Land Company, LLC of Jamestown sold 320 Winsor St., Jamestown to Jamestown Auto and Transport, Inc. for $70,000. A message left with Jamestown Auto and Transport, Inc. was not returned.

Including the previously mentioned transactions, from Dec. 1-10 there were 11 sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– Ten parcels in the city of Jamestown were sold to P3 Estate Holdings, LLC of Jupiter, Florida for $530,000. Addresses include 21 Tower St., 111 Wescott St., 147 Falconer St., 23 Broadhead Ave., 27 Deering Ave., 442 Buffalo St., 151 Prather Ave., 512 Newland Ave. and 512.5 Newland Ave.

– 67 Longview Ave., Ellicott sold for $487,500.

– 2920 Chautauqua Ave., North Harmony sold for $435,000.

– 7187 Iona St., Chautauqua town sold for $399,000.

– Two parcels on Aldrich Hill Road, Cherry Creek sold for $350,000.

– 5711 Chedwel Ave., Ellery sold for $325,000.

– 49 Cayuga Circle, Chautauqua town sold for $295,000.

– 1414 Waterman Road, Ellington sold for $290,000.

– 4340 Bacheller Hill Road, Pomfret sold for $265,000.
