FREWSBURG — The driver of a hit-and-run that took place June 25 at the intersection of Route 62 and Ivory Road near Frewsburg is scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court on Aug. 13.

Clarissa A. Anderson, 34, of Jamestown is facing charges of improper left turn and leaving the scene of an accident.

Anderson came to the department to report the incident more than a week after the Carroll Police Department had put out a notice for a black GMC Yukon Denali involved in a collision with a motorcycle.

The motorcyclist involved in the incident suffered minor abrasions and an ankle injury but did not require medical attention at the scene.
