Kathleen Ingrao, of Falconer, was named the winner of The Post-Journal’s 2018 coverall BINGO contest. Ingrao coveralled all spots in the annual contest, winning $1,000 as a result. Ingrao is pictured with Andrew Gee, circulation director with The Post-Journal.
