A Jamestown man has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, methamphetamine. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Friday that Aaron Miller, 31, made the admission to U.S. District Judge John L. MAYVILLE – A Buffalo man is headed to state prison following his conviction on a weapons charge. According to District Attorney Jason Schmidt, on June 16, 2023, 39-year-old Dion Carr, was arrested during a traffic stop by the Jamestown Police Department. During a search of Carr’s vehicle, a 9 mm pistol was found on the floor at his feet just under the driver’s seat.
