Jamestown Man Pleads Guilty To Drug And Gun Charges
U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo has announced that Richard Pearson, 47, of Jamestown pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, which carry a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison. Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A.
