GERRY – One person received a minor injury following an accident involving a private plow truck and an ambulance. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, a Falconer ambulance driven by Greg P. Man Charged With Hate Crimes In Home Invasion

A man has been taken into custody, accused of invading a person’s home based on the victim’s race. According to Jamestown Police, on Friday at about 2:15 p.m., officers from the first platoon responded to an address on the north side of the city for a home invasion. BUFFALO - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Joseph A. Buelow, 31, of South Dayton has pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum penalty of 20 years, and a $250,000 fine.
