Two Jamestown residents face charges after being found passed out in a vehicle at an intersection on Jamestown's east side on Sunday. Jamestown police officers responded to a check the wellbeing call at 5 p.m. Sunday on the East side of the city for a report of two individuals passed out in a vehicle at an intersection. A Jamestown woman has been charged by Ellicott police after an alleged kidnapping attempt on Saturday. Angelea A. Luszcak, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree attempted kidnapping, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment after an incident Saturday after Ellicott police responded to a report of a woman attempting to kidnap a child in the area.
