City Man Charged In Distributing Child Porn

A Jamestown man is facing federal child pornography charges. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Monday that Connor J. Higgs, 20, of Jamestown, was charged by criminal complaint with possession and distribution of child pornography, which carry a mandatory minimum penalty of five years, and a maximum of 20 years.
