Jamestown To Host National Night Out Aug. 4

The city of Jamestown will join communities across the nation in celebrating National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 4. The annual community-building campaign promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to help make communities safer and stronger. The event is being organized through a partnership between the Jamestown Police Department and Jamestown Department of Development. Harmony Senior Citizens to meet July 2

Members of the Harmony Senior Citizens met recently for a tureen dinner with 40 members and one guest present. President June Whipple opened the meeting welcoming everyone. Cindy McIntyre recognized the following members celebrating birthdays in June, Dottie Enlow and Mary Sweeney. Carol and Tracy Parnell are celebrating their 24th anniversary.
