Four Charged With Drug Possession Following Traffic Stop

Four people face charges after a traffic stop at 11:24 p.m. Friday on the north side of Jamestown.

Jamestown police pulled a vehicle over that was occupied by Jaleel K. Tibby, 33 of Jamestown, Trayvon K. Briscoe, 24, of Philadelphia, Pa., Kiara D.M Smith Villa, 26, of Jamestown and Alyssa M. Lamper, 26, of Jamestown.

Officers reportedly found Tibby, Briscoe, Smith Villa and Lamper in possession of 31.2 grams of Tramadol as well as a quantity of packaging material. While being taken into custody, Tibby allegedly tried to run from officers before being caught while Smith Villa was also allegedly found in possession of 9.1 grams of methamphetamine, 4 grams of fentanyl, a digital scale and a quantity of an unknown cutting agent. Tibby was additionally allegedly found in possession of 12.2 grams of Xylazine.

All were taken to the Jamestown City Jail where they were held pending arraignment. All were charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Tibby was additionally charged with resisting arrest. Smith Villa was charged with an additional count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Lamper was charged with an additional count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance as she was allegedly found in possession of two suboxone strips with no prescription.

All four were taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned.
