SHERMAN — Sherman Central School announced its Students of the First Quarter.

Taryn Palmatier is the daughter of Nicole and Scoot Palmatier. English and social studies are Palmatier’s favorite classes. Palmatier also enjoys singing, acting, reading and playing her clarinet.

Palmatier’s career interests are becoming a librarian or a teacher. She is active in her school musicals and would like to thank her parents for their support. She is very excited about going to New York City in April for a choir trip.

Justiss Hannold is the son of Dennice and Edwin Hannold Jr. Hannold’s favorite classes are physical education and technology classes. Basketball is also an activity that Hannold enjoys. His career interest is engineering.
