On June 21, C.C. Ring Elementary School finished the school year with a celebration as students moved to the next grade. The Children’s Ministry of Christ First United Methodist Church of Jamestown was present at the celebration, and hosted this book drive that sent every student home with a free book to encourage summer reading. The congregation collected more than 650 books during their drive that lasted through April and May.
