The Salvation Army, 83 S. Main St., will hold a traditional Swedish Lucia Festival at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16. The Lucia Bride will be portrayed by Kylie Lopez of Jamestown. Kylie is senior at Jamestown High School and is the daughter of Elizabeth Lopez and Gamaliel Margarito. Traditional refreshments will be served as part of the Swedish tradition.
