The second annual Farm-to-Table Victorian Dinner was held recently in the Busti Victorian Hall.

The event was jointly sponsored by the Busti Historical Society and the Fenton History Center. It was catered by 3Cs Catering and featured the music of the Allegheny Crossing string band. Many of the participants caught the spirit of the event Victorian costumes. Brief presentations were made by Robert Cross of 3Cs Catering about Victorian dining. Most of the food was fresh, local and characteristic of the Victorian Era.

Robert Schultz, Busti Historical Society president, placed the Victorian Era in historical context, and Steve Johnson, retired Jamestown policeman and former Police Department historian and current Fenton History Center trustee, exhibited artifacts that illustrated local policing in the Victorian Era.
