Several Chautauqua veterans’ family members enjoyed a recent paint and sip night (alcohol-free) at the Jamestown Area YMCA, as part of the Pfc. Joseph P. Dwyer Veterans Peer Support Program. The YMCA provided the space and will be collaborating in the future with upcoming events, camps and programs to help support veterans and their family members across Chautauqua County. “The Dwyer support group program is funded by New York state, and Senator Cathy Young was instrumental in bringing us this funding,” said Cindy Reidy, Chautauqua County Dwyer Group program coordinator.
