Incubator Presents ‘Getting Started With QuickBooks Online’

DUNKIRK — As part of its Entrepreneurial Education Program, the Fredonia Technology Incubator will be conducting a workshop “Getting Started with QuickBooks online,” presented by Mark Nickerson.

Nickerson will discuss which subscription is right for business owners, importing bank transactions directly, understanding basic financial statements and ensuring accurate financial reporting with QuickBooks.

“The Entrepreneurial Education Program provides entrepreneurs with useful, hands on information and an opportunity to ask presenters questions,” said Chuck Cornell, incubator director.

“High quality and interactive entrepreneurial workshops such as this are a key part of our services and programming we provide at the Incubator.”

The event will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, April 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m. The event is free to the public and guests are encouraged to register at www.eventbrite.com/e/quickbooks-workshop-tickets-143347242461. Nickerson is the owner of Mark Nickerson CPA PLLC and has more than 15 years of experience working with small businesses and startups. He is also a professor and lecturer in the accounting program at State University at Fredonia. Nickerson is also a client at the Fredonia Technology Incubator.
