Cattaraugus County Bank Awards Promotion
Cattaraugus County Bank has promoted Stephanie Brown to Randolph branch manager and assistant vice president, business development and lending.
Brown joined Cattaraugus County Bank six years ago and has served in several positions and in several locations. She began her CCB career as a part-time teller/customer service representative in the Randolph branch, after which she took the position of full-time teller/customer service representative and new account representative as needed in the bank’s Cherry Creek office. Brown then was promoted to commercial loan processor in the Little Valley main office, after which she was promoted to executive administrative assistant to the CEO, COO and most recently also to the bank’s new president. Also, Brown earned the positions of secretary to CCBancorp and secretary to CCB, both board-appointed positions.
“Stephanie has proven her value to this institution in many, many ways,” said Mike Wimer, bank president “Working in the various roles she has and bringing her wisdom into those roles, helped prepare Stephanie to be the great branch manager we’re expecting her to be. I look forward to seeing her exceed expectations in our Randolph market.”
“Clearly Stephanie has a proven track record of high value to our bank,” said Sal Marranca, Cattaraugus County Bank CEO.
Brown said she looks forward to her new position and challenges, and working with her team to grow the Randolph branch.
“I’m so excited to work in Randolph, especially because it’s where I was raised,” Brown said. “I look forward to finding creative solutions to the unique situations that our servicing area contains. My goal, the goal of my new Administrator Katie Jordan and the goal of the entire Randolph staff, is to sell the CCB brand by facilitating, both within ourselves and the branch, the service that customers cannot find somewhere else. We are dug in to Randolph and are ready to put quality relationship banking into the community and its surrounding areas.”
A meet and greet is scheduled for 6 p.m. Oct. 28 for Brown and her staff at the Randolph branch. Refreshments will be served.
