BPU Yard Waste Site Opens Saturday Starting April 12 The Jamestown Board of Public Utilities Yard Waste Site for residential swlid Waste customers begins 2025 Saturday hours on April 12 at 1001 Monroe St. A new 2025 Yard Waste Site sticker is required to enter the site. Site hours are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, April 12 through Nov. 8 and 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays May 7 through Sept. 24.
