Reg Lenna To Show ‘Everything’s Going To Be Great’

Everything’s Going to Be Great (Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 7 p.m.) is a new comedy-drama film starring Bryan Cranston and Allison Janney. The Smart family’s life takes a dramatic turn when tragedy forces them to confront their oversized dreams, struggles with identity and chaotic regional theater life. As theater manager parents (Janney and Cranston) work to support their two sons — a football star (Jack Champion) and his flamboyant, theater-loving younger brother (Benjamin Evan Ainsworth) — unexpected circumstances compel them to move in with Janney’s estranged brother (Chris Cooper). What begins as a temporary arrangement soon unravels years of familial tension, prompting each member to reevaluate their place in the world and in their relationships. Everything’s Going to Be Great is rated R and is 95 minutes long. Upcoming Movies at The Reg include the sci-fi sequel M3gan 2.0 (Aug. 13 at 7 p.m.), the live-action remake How to Train Your Dragon (Aug. 20 at 2 p.m.), and Tom Hiddleston in the Stephen King fantasy drama The Life of Chuck (Aug. 27 at 7 p.m.).
