CVCS Board To Gather Monday

SINCLAIRVILLE –The Cassadaga Valley Central School Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the middle-high school multi-purpose room. A workshop will be held prior to the meeting beginning at 6 p.m.

Sherman School Board To Meet April 19

SHERMAN — The Sherman Central School Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The meeting will be held in-person in the school’s auditorium. Members of the public are encouraged to attend. It is required that all in attendance must observe social distancing. While facial coverings are not required they are recommended.

Ripley School Board To Gather Wednesday

RIPLEY — A special meeting of the Ripley Central School Board will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, in room 204 at Ripley Central School for the purpose of voting on the BOCES administrative budget and election of BOCES board. A regular meeting of the school board will begin immediately following the adjournment of the special meeting to approve the tentative 2023-24 budget and for the purpose of any and all other items that come before the board.

Spire Theater To Host Not Norman

Lakewood Library To Host Seminar

LAKEWOOD — The Lakewood Memorial Library will host a seminar entitled “Diabetes Detroyer: What I Wish My Doctor Had Told Me” on Saturday, April 29, from 10 a.mm. to noon. Kindergarten, UPK Screening Registration Set

FALCONER — All parents of children in the Falconer Central School District who will be 5 years old on or before Dec. 1 are urged to call Temple Elementary School at 716-267-3255 to register for kindergarten screening, which will be held June 7 and June 8. Also, all parents of children who will be 4 years old on or before Dec. 1 are asked to call Temple to register for universal pre-k screening, which will be held on May 31 and June 1. New families in the area that may not be listed on the school census should contact the school as soon as possible.
