CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – HANOVER – Michelle Julian, 41, of Hanover was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment. It is alleged that around 9 p.m. Julian was involved in an altercation and did strike an individual. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

Hampton, 33, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 9:30 a.m. Monday after officers were flagged down by a person near North Main Street and West 15th Street. The woman said Hampton allegedly broke her cellphone. Hampton was reportedly found a few blocks away. Lindgren, 30, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 9:36 a.m. Friday after officers responded to a past-tense larceny complaint at an address on the east side.
