A Jamestown man has been charged after allegedly destroying property and threatening police officers at the Lakewood Wal-Mart on Thursday. Emmanuel Molina-Nazario, 40, was charged with menacing a peace/police officer, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest after Lakewood-Busti police officers responded to the store for a report of a man destroying property. RANDOLPH - Randolph Central School officials are making plans to help students mourn the passing of a junior at Randolph High School. On Tuesday, Kaine Kelly, Randolph superintendent, sent a note home with students as well as posting the letter on the district's Facebook page. A South Dayton man will be serving time after being convicted of receipt of child pornography. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Wednesday that Joseph A. Buelow, 31, was sentenced to serve 108 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J Vilardo.
