Boys, Girls Club Open During JPS Off-Day Friday The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club will be open for all youth on Friday for the day off from school in the Jamestown Public School District. Hours at the club for youth members are noon to 5 p.m. All program areas will be open and there will be lunch at noon and an afternoon snack.
