Rater Family Holds 100th Reunion MAYVILLE - On Aug. 3, descendants of Jesse and Lona Rater celebrated 100 years of gatherings with a reunion at the Mayville park. Jesse was born in 1882 and Lona was also. They had a son, Lee and 7 daughters, Gertie, Mabel, Mary, Velma, Bernice, Gladys, and Nora. The reunion was attended by 35 people.
