A story on Page A1 of Thursday’s Post-Journal, “Room for Growth,” Gina Paradis, Chautauqua County Land Bank executive director, said “As you know the arsonist who struck in Jamestown, also burned down a large apartment complex in the village of Falconer.” Jonathan Young, 19, of Jamestown has not been convicted of any crimes. He has been indicted on 14 counts of arson in Chautauqua County, including the fire that destroyed a large apartment building in Falconer. Young also faces charges in Butler County, Pa.
