CHAUTAUQUA — A Sheriff’s Department vehicle struck an Amish buggy on Sunday injuring five people. The patrol car was traveling northwest on the Stockton-Hartfield Road when it ran into the rear of an Amish Buggy traveling in the same direction at approx 9:01 p.m. on the unlit road in the 55 mph zone.
