Will China be accountable for COVID?

Kudos to the Trump administration and Sen. Rand Paul for persevering in holding Dr. Anthony Fauci's feet to the fire. Fauci allegedly covered up the origins of COVID-19 as 1.1 million Americans died from the virus. But what about the biggest culprit, China? For seven weeks or more, starting in the winter of 2019, Chinese officials violated their international commitments and ethical obligation to prevent a domestic epidemic from becoming a global pandemic. What America can learn from de Tocqueville

LUZERNE COUNTY, Pennsylvania -- Over the Flag Day weekend in Pennsylvania, crowds gathered, and communities were formed in the most unlikely of places, under viaducts, along gravel-filled tracks and at the base of some impressive Appalachian mountains, all just to watch as Union Pacific's Big Boy No. 4014 rolled through northeastern Pennsylvania. VATICAN CITY (AP) — A breakaway group of traditionalist Catholics will challenge Pope Leo XIV's authority next week by consecrating four bishops without his consent. Rather than shying away from the confrontation, the Society of St. Pius X seems intent on embracing its notoriety. The group, which celebrates the traditional Latin Mass and rejects the modernizing reforms of the Catholic Church, is planning a highly organized, four-day, livestreamed extravaganza for the consecrations at its Swiss seminary — complete with a souvenir wine set offered to those attending. The July 1 ...
