Salamanca Knocks Off Falconer 51-36 In Boys Basketball
FALCONER — Payton Bradley scored 19 points, and Salamanca pulled away in the second half to post a 51-46 boys basketball victory over Falconer in a Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 1 game Wednesday.
The Warriors trailed 9-8 after the first quarter, took a 21-15 at halftime and then outscored the Golden Falcons 30-21 after the break.
Dominick Hill chipped in with 13 points for the winners (2-1, 1-1).
For Falconer (2-3, 0-1), Max Parmentier led the way with 14 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals; and D’Mitri Carlson chipped in 8 points and eight boards.
