FREDONIA — Fredonia defeated Cassadaga Valley 4-0 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association boys bowling at Lucky Lanes on Thursday.

The Hillbillies (4-4) had a linescore of 906-1,090-936-2,932. The Cougars (0-4) had a linescore of 793-762-697-2,252.

Owen Rush led Fredonia with a 198-243-231-672. Kyle Berkshire had a 188-209-215-612. Nate Manzella had a 209-193-566. Brady Helmer had a 231 game. Simon Price had games of 190 and 198.

Hayden Carr had a 230-205-191-626 to lead Cassadaga Valley. Calvin Hilliker had a 171 and Jordan Swanson added a 154.

In the girls match, Londyn Wilmot’s 230-167-205-602 led the Hillbillies to a 4-0 sweep.

Lean Hinds Morrison added a 209-161-181-551 for Fredonia (4-4), which finished with a linescore of 805-613-716-2,134.

Emma Nickerson’s 181-152-180-513 sent the Cougars (0-4) to a 521-580-550-1,651.

FREDONIA — Dunkirk swept Southwestern 4-0 in Division 1 boys action Wednesday at Lucky Lanes.

Robert Kozlowski led the Marauders with a 248-204-635 and Devin Farrington had a 191-210-576 as the team finished with a linescore of 840-912-843-2,595.

Bryce Simon’s 207 game led the Trojans to a 789-762-789-2,340.

WOLVES SWEEP EAGLES

CUTTING — Clymer/Sherman beat Chautauqua Lake 4-0 in Division 2 boys action Wednesday at Cutting Lanes.

Hunter Bogert led the Wolves with a 215-635. Max White added a 182 game and Carson Faulkner had a 180 game.
