Frewsburg/Falconer prevails on Senior Night in Fredonia

FREDONIA -- Sydney Frederes won a pair of events to lead Frewsburg/Falconer past Fredonia/Dunkirk/Forestville/Pine Valley/Cassadaga Valley 109-75 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls swimming and diving Tuesday.
Frederes captured the 50-yard freestyle (27.53) and 100-yard freestyle (59.11) for the guests. Sydney Canfield won the 200-yard individual medley (2:42.46), Anelia Pitts claimed the 1-meter diving competition (252.30) and Kaylee Melquist won the 500-yard freestyle (6:19.85) for Frewsburg/Falconer.
For Fredonia/Dunkirk/Forestville/Pine Valley/Cassadaga Valley, Olivia Burlingame won the 200-yard freestyle (2:14.96) and 100-yard backstroke (1:07.07) while Avary LeGrano took the 100-yard butterfly (1:22.42) and Kaylen Leary was victorious in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:23.92).

HREN, KRUG DOUBLE FOR SOUTHWESTERN/JAMESTOWN
MAYVILLE -- Clarissa Hren and Annalisa Krug were double winners to lead Southwestern/Jamestown past Chautauqua Lake/Westfield 123-45.
Hren claimed the 200-yard freestyle (2:14.54) and 100-yard backstroke (1:05.47) while Krug captured the 200-yard individual medley (2:32.78) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:15.57) for the Trojans. Johnna Farrell took the 100-yard butterfly (1:28.66), Gabriella Bango won the 100-yard freestyle (1:03.35) and Bella Ehrman was victorious in the 500-yard freestyle (7:19.51) for the guests.
Ally Tunison won the 50-yard freestyle (36.19) and Finley Olson took the 1-meter diving competition (120.0) for Chautauqua Lake/Westfield.

Harvey claimed the 200-yard freestyle (2:18.45) and 500-yard freestyle (6:13.02) while Addi Bryant won the 100-yard butterfly (1:12.19), Jessica Lyon captured the 100-yard freestyle (1:07.10), and Tatiana Piaschyk took the 100-yard breaststroke (1:27.54) for the guests.
Kayci Landow doubled in the 50-yard freestyle (28.01) and 100-yard backstroke (1:15.02) while Diana Li won the 200-yard individual medley (2:40.13) for Franklinville/Ellicottville/West Valley.
