WEST ELLICOTT -- Southwestern/Jamestown won the 400-yard freestyle relay, but Salamanca came in second and third as the teams finished their Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls swimming and diving meet tied 90-90 on Monday.
For Southwestern/Jamestown, Gabriella Bango claimed the 200-yard freestyle (2:11.76) and 100-yard freestyle (1:00.59), Clarissa Hren took the 200-yard individual medley (2:26.09) and 100-yard backstroke (1:04.63), and Annalisa Krug captured the 50-yard freestyle (26.68) and 100-yard butterfly (1:06.96).
Rileigh Hutchison's 1-meter diving victory (137.40) was the lone win for the Warriors, but they picked up 11 second-place finishes and nine third-place finishes.
