WEST ELLICOTT -- Southwestern/Jamestown did just enough late to hold off Allegany-Limestone for a 92-84 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association girls swimming and diving victory Tuesday.
Clarissa Hren was a double winner for the hosts, taking the 50-yard freestyle (27.64) and 100-yard backstroke (1:04.65).
Gabriella Bango captured the 200-yard freestyle (2:12.25), Lucy Messina claimed the 500-yard freestyle (6:33.77) and Annalisa Krug won the 100-yard breaststroke (1:18.10).
For the Gators, Quinn Irons won the 200-yard individual medley (2:27.92) and 100-yard freestyle (57.24), Maddy Bartholomew took the 1-meter diving competition (146.47) and Sammi Vecchio won the 100-yard butterfly (1:06.84).
