After Thursday's YMCA Battle of the Businesses events, Cummins (Large Division) with 1,265 points and Artone (Small Division) with 1,075 points were the leaders.
In the trivia contest held at Wicked Warren's (Jamestown), hosted by Deven Payne of DDP Music, Frewsburg's Michelle Cobbe, Adam Loftus, Amy Thompson and Ashley Yahner tested the best for the top 100 points in the Large Division. UPMC Chautauqua and Cummins left with second and third place, respectively.
In the Small Division trivia event, Jamestown Bar Association/City Court captured first place, followed by Trinity Biotech/Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union and Sagewell Family Services at Gustavus Adolphus tying for second- and third-place points. JBA team members included Randy Elf, Anna Kelley, Peter Larson and Rex Morgan.
At Haggy's Hatchet House steel tip competition in Frewsburg, Kim Smith and Matt Strandburg took the Large Division win beating SKF USA in the last game. Chautauqua County Government scored in third place.
Brady Collver and Pam Kanicki of Children's Educational Services/Rehabilitation Specialists won the Small Division dart contest with New Flyer and JBA/City Court finishing next in line.
The YMCA Battle of the Businesses' last day events (seven of them) will be held at the Richard O. Hartley Park in Lakewood today starting at 9 a.m. with the 2-mile run/walk followed by the inflatable costume race, Hippo Chow Down, tug-a-war, Sur"Y"vor challenge, musical chairs revamped (bonus event) and the charity food fight contest.
