SINCLAIRVILLE -- Chloe Lundberg strung together seven straight service points during the fifth set as Cassadaga Valley defeated Forestville 25-19, 23-25, 25-22, 24-26, 15-6 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 4 volleyball Monday.
Lundberg finished with 16 service points, including four aces; Alexis Pattyson had 15 kills, 10 digs and 10 service points; Melanie Myles had 31 assists and nine digs; and Eliana Katilus had 18 digs for the Cougars (5-2, 3-0).
Elizabeth Case had 16 assists, nine digs, five aces and four kills; Alana Emke had 10 kills, four aces and three blocks; and Jazmyn Bertino had seven kills and a block for the Hornets (2-2, 1-1).
Cassadaga Valley won the jayvee matchup.
WESTFIELD STAYS UNBEATEN
ELLERY -- Avery Smith had 11 kills, three digs and four aces to send Westfield past Maple Grove 25-16, 21-25, 25-23, 25-15 in Division 3 play.
Nahlia Douglas had seven kills, three digs and five aces; Molly Burgess had two kills, 10 digs and an ace; and Shelby Begier handed out 19 assists to go along with five aces and three digs for the Wolverines (6-0, 3-0).
Zoe Foley led the Red Dragons (1-4, 0-3) with nine kills to go along with 12 digs and an ace. Annie Steffen had four kills and six digs; Lucy Castro had four kills, six digs, five aces and a block; Savannah Rambacher had 18 assists, six digs and two aces; Ariyah Brown had eight digs; and Hailey Ullman had 17 digs.
EAGLES COAST PAST BROCTON
MAYVILLE -- Brina Jacobson had nine kills and four digs as Chautauqua Lake swept Brocton 25-9, 25-9, 25-10 in Division 3 action.
Kara Feldt had two blocks, two kills and two assists; Macy Ulsh had four digs; and Karli Mayer had three digs for the Eagles (4-0, 3-0).
Sha'Nah Adams had a kill, four assists, four digs and two aces; Paige Miller had four kills, two assists and three digs; and Natalie Lynch had two digs and an ace for the Bulldogs (2-6, 1-2).
Chautauqua Lake won the jayvee matchup.
CLYMER TAKES DOWN SHERMAN
SHERMAN -- Maiya Dunnewold handed out 28 assists to go along with six blocks, three kills and three aces as Clymer defeated Sherman 25-17, 24-26, 25-16, 25-18 in Division 4 action.
Keira Kinal had 11 kills, seven digs, six aces and an assist; Harleigh Faulkner had 12 digs, six kills and an ace; Alyssa Pratt had 12 digs; and Mikaela Jackson had 12 kills, three digs and an ace for the Pirates (5-1, 2-0).
Emmersen Crawford had six kills, two blocks and three digs; Ava-Kay Irwin had four kills, four assists, five digs and an ace; Jayne Chambers had a kill, eight blocks and two aces; and Madison Emory had two kills and 10 digs for the Wildcats (2-4, 1-2).
Clymer won the jayvee matchup.
PINE VALLEY SWEEPS EAGLES
NORTH COLLINS -- Ava West put down 15 kills to go along with five digs and three aces to lead Pine Valley to a 25-17, 26-24, 25-17 sweep of North Collins in Division 4.
Madi Robertson had 20 assists, six digs and three aces while Addison Lyndsley added six kills, two aces and a dig for the Panthers (4-2, 1-2).
The Eagles fell to 0-7 overall and 0-3 in the league.
TROJANS BEST CARDS IN 4
RANDOLPH -- Gianna Sirianni scored nine kills, three aces and six digs as Southwestern defeated Randolph 25-22, 25-19, 20-25, 25-13 in nonleague action.
Reagan Stutzman had seven kills and four blocks for Southwestern (3-4), Juliet Genareo scored nine kills, Caroline Churchill provided four aces, three kills and 11 assists and Elise Kartesz dealt 18 assists, 13 digs, three aces and two kills.
Randolph falls to 5-2 overall with the loss.
