LAKEWOOD -- Rod Korbar shot a gross 38, one stroke better than Tim Sandberg, to pace the Youngsville Senior Golf League at Maplehurst Country Club.
Other gross scores were William Koowk 40 and Bill Kulinski 41.
Don Melson's 31 led the Net scores, followed by Bob Sanders (33), Bill Gross (34), Jim Chapman (34) and Ron Brown (34).
Recording birdies were John Blum, Brian Kane, Korbar, John Meleen, Bubbs Smith, Tim Sandberg and Gary VanGuilder.

MAGNOLIA -- Following are the results from the Wednesday Morning Women's League at Willow Run Golf Course.
The low-gross scores on Aug. 5 were Patti Martin (37) in Class A, Helen Willman (45) in Class B and Lissa VanDewark (45) in Class C.
The low-net scores that week were Linda Smith (270 in Class A, Roxie Maytum (32) in Class B and Kathy Yaw (27) in Class C.
Marcia Gastol had the fewest putts with 12.
The low-gross scores on Aug. 12 were Gastol (37) in Class A; Barb Sauer (43) in Class B and Rosemarie Wilder (51) in Class C.
The low-net scores were Helen Adams and Emma McCreary (29) in Class A; Mimi Huffmann (28) in Class B, and Mary Lou Chimenti, Karen Schuver, Hannah Szymczak and Susan Turnquist (36) in Class C.
Diane Paterniti had the fewest putts with 14; and Chimenti birdied No. 2.

CHAUTAUQUA -- Angie Penhollow shot a 40 to pace the Monday Night Ladies League at Chautauqua Golf Club.
Beth Sacilowski, who also recorded the low-net round, was four shots back with a 44.
